We are seeking a skilled Storage Administrator to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing and maintaining storage systems, particularly in SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) environments. As a Storage Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor storage systems, including SAN and NAS solutions, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Implement and maintain storage policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, collaborating with other IT teams as necessary.
Conduct regular capacity planning and performance tuning to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Assist in the design and implementation of storage solutions that align with business requirements.




Provide support for backup and recovery processes, ensuring data is securely stored and easily retrievable.
Stay updated with the latest storage technologies and trends to recommend improvements and upgrades.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Storage Administrator or similar role.
Robust knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies, including SAN switches.
Familiarity with storage management tools and software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
