We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to oversee our HR operations across multiple countries, with a focus on India and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, with a proven track record of managing HR functions in a shared services environment. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in both India and the Philippines, as well as experience in industries such as IT, ITES, Healthcare, and BPO.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Lead Talent Acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the organization.
Oversee Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.




Provide guidance and support to HR teams in various locations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Required Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
12+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India and the Philippines.
Experience managing multi-country HR operations, preferably in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BPO, or Shared Services environments.
