Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for overseas positions.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
