Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including data centers, operating systems, and network components.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, implementing necessary measures to protect sensitive data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective IT solutions.
Oversee the configuration and management of firewalls and other security devices to safeguard the network.
Lead ITIL processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.




Stay updated with the latest trends in infrastructure management and security to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of infrastructure management principles and practices.
Expertise in security and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in operating systems and data center management.
ITIL certification is a must.
CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
Experience with firewall configuration and management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
