The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home loans and housing finance, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients. As a Home Loan Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, providing expert advice on various home financing options, and ensuring a smooth and effective loan application experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking home loans and housing finance solutions.
Provide expert guidance on mortgage loan products, including home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financing options.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.




Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract recent business.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in home financing.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of home loans, housing finance, and mortgage loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proven sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
Experience in relationship management and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) processes and LAP products is a plus.
