We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network support, particularly in L2 support, and experience with SolarWinds for network monitoring and management. This role is critical in ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues, performing configurations, and providing support in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using SolarWinds and other tools.
Provide L2 support for network-related incidents and requests.
Configure and maintain network devices and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement network changes and upgrades.




Document network configurations, changes, and incidents for future reference.
Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of network support principles and practices.
Experience with L2 support and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using SolarWinds for network monitoring and management.
Familiarity with network configuration and management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a NOC environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
