The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including payroll management, employee transfers, and the employment life cycle. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of HR specialists, ensuring that all HR operations are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to team members.
Oversee the entire employment life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and exit interviews.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Manage employee transfers and ensure a smooth transition for employees moving within the organization.
Collaborate with other departments to align HR operations with overall business objectives.




Utilize Workday and other HR systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics to senior management.
