We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team in Kerala or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process, utilizing advanced modeling techniques to create accurate and detailed representations of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements and resolve any conflicts in the model.
Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope or design.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and drawings based on the BIM model.




Participate in project meetings and provide insights on model-related issues and solutions.
