As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of claims processors, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of claims processors, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the claims adjudication process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in claims processing.




Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Address any escalated issues or disputes related to claims processing.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations that may impact claims processing.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems and claims processing.
Experience with claims adjudication and familiarity with tools such as Facets and QNXT.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
