The ideal candidate will have a robust background in collections, particularly in the B2B sector, and will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing days sales outstanding (DSO).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections and resolve disputes.
Monitor and analyze DSO metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues affecting collections.
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and account status to management.




Implement best practices for collections and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in collections, particularly in a B2B workplace.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and DSO management.
