We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality management, particularly in the context of new product development (NPD). This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Lead quality assurance initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze data and improve processes,



reducing defects and enhancing product reliability.
Manage the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure that all current products meet customer specifications and requirements.
Facilitate PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions to identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with NPD processes and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
