We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process within our organization. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Agile principles are adhered to and that the team is functioning at its highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Coach team members on Agile practices and principles, helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and work to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized,



enabling the team to deliver high-quality products on time.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in achieving their goals and promoting a positive team environment.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles for the team.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment.
