The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining virtualized environments, particularly with VMware technologies such as ESXi and vSphere. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our systems, and will involve working with both Linux and Windows operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts and vSphere environments.
Implement and manage automation solutions using Ansible and AWX to streamline system administration tasks.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of virtualized settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements.




Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior system administrators and other IT staff.

Required Skills:
