We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven PRM (Banca Channel and Credit Life Channel) to join our team in Pondicherry, Cuddalore, and Neyveli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building solid relationships with partner bank branch staff to drive life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff, handling customer queries, following up on leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The PRM will also monitor and review their own performance as well as that of the partner branches, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.



Providing after-sales support and policy servicing to clients is also a critical aspect of this role.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in life insurance sales or general sales. Robust communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of life insurance products and the BFSI domain, as well as relationship management skills, are also required.
