We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in the voice process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the BPO industry, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries over calls in a skilled and courteous manner. You will provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined turnaround time will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries over calls, providing professional and courteous service.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.




Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Prior experience in the BPO or customer service industry is mandatory.

This position is open to both undergraduate and graduate candidates with relevant work experience. The salary package ranges from 20,000 to 23,000 CTC per month, with 6 working days and 1 rotational week-off. Male candidates will work in rotational shifts, while female candidates will have day shifts.
