Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced senior hr generalist to manage recruitment, hr operations, employee relations, and administrative activities. Candidates with technical recruitment experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to handle hr functions independently are preferred.

Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and hr documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace coordination.
Monitor employee performance and maintain performance records.
Prepare recruitment reports, hr MIS, and employee trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
Support employee engagement, retention, and hr policy implementation.




Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of company information.

Required qualifications and skills
23 years of experience in hr generalist, hr executive, or hr operations roles.
MBA or PGDM in human resources is preferred.
Experience in technical recruitment or engineering recruitment is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
