Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Utilize CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) methodologies to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
