The ideal candidate will have a robust background in internal auditing, particularly within the oil and gas sector, and a thorough understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance requirements. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly focusing on SOX compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure that audit findings are addressed and implemented in a timely manner.




Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.

Required Skills:
