We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Senior Finance & Accounts Skilled. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on GAAP compliance, company audits, and tax audits. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and accounting activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and review day-to-day accounting and finance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP requirements.
Manage stock and inventory accounting, including reconciliation and valuation.
Coordinate and support company audits, ensuring all necessary financial records and documentation are maintained.
Handle tax audit requirements, providing necessary information and documentation to auditors.
Review financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and accounting records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.




Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist management with financial reporting, analysis, and other finance-related requirements.
Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
CA or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in stock/inventory accounting.
Good understanding of GAAP monthly reporting.
Experience in handling company audits and tax audits.
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
