We are seeking an ITIL Change Management Specialist to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on change management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that changes to IT services are made with minimal disruption to the business and that all changes are managed in a controlled manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Collaborate with various IT teams to assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
Maintain the change management system and ensure that all changes are documented accurately.
Conduct regular reviews of change management processes and suggest improvements.
