We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to join our Quality Control department at a leading manufacturing company specializing in Pharma machinery. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and possess a robust background in quality control within the packaging machinery, special purpose machines (SPM), or machine manufacturing industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections at various stages of the production process, including incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. You will utilize your knowledge of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and measuring instruments to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, you will be involved in rejection control, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality.





Your experience with ISO audits and QMS documentation will be crucial as you work to maintain compliance with industry standards. You will also coordinate effectively with production, design, purchasing, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations and address any quality-related issues. Robust problem-solving skills and a focus on quality improvement will be essential in reducing rejection rates and rework.
