Role Summary:
As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the servicing of mortgage loans, including investor reporting, loan boarding, and escrow administration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all processes are executed smoothly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the loan boarding process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of loan data into the system.
Oversee investor reporting, ensuring that all reports are generated and submitted accurately and on time.
Handle escrow administration, including the management of escrow accounts and disbursements.
Facilitate servicing transfers, ensuring a seamless transition for borrowers.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.




Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to mortgage servicing.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all servicing activities.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of US mortgage processes and regulations.
Experience with investor reporting and loan boarding.
Familiarity with escrow administration and servicing transfers.
Proficient in payment processing and mortgage servicing systems, such as LoanServ.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools like Consolidated Analytics and LendExIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
