Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the BFSI sector.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in casa sales, insurance sales, and field sales.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, particularly in life insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with digital payment platforms like Paytm is a plus.
