The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, including agency and direct sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the life insurance market and the ability to effectively communicate the perks of our products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the life insurance sector.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and agents to foster a strong sales network.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and trends in the life insurance and BFSI sectors.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.




Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in life insurance or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace.
Knowledge of agency and direct sales channels, as well as cross-selling techniques.
Familiarity with credit card sales and SBI card sales is a plus.
