Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to customers via voice and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to support requests.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.




Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills.
Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate, promoting additional services and products to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills:
Solid troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in an international call center environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with technical voice processes and upselling techniques is a plus.
