Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Sr Specialist - IT Program Management to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful qualified will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise setting and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive complex technology programs from planning through implementation.
Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Establish governance routines and maintain delivery reporting.
Coordinate engineering, product, architecture and business stakeholders.
Track program metrics and escalate decisions or blockers appropriately.
Demonstrated experience managing large technology or engineering programs.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery environments.




Excellent stakeholder management, governance, risk and dependency-management skills.
