We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Management Information Systems (MIS) to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and various data manipulation techniques to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights into business performance.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, to analyze data and generate reports.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to present data in a clear and actionable format.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.




Assist in the development of new MIS tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and reporting techniques.

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of MIS development and coordination.
Familiarity with data functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
