We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our facilities in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a secure and efficient environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage and coordinate MEP and HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Collaborate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and new installations.




Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
Ensure that all facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained, addressing any concerns raised by staff or visitors.

Required Skills:
