About the Company

Intellgus Private Limited is building a robust accounting team in Indore to support international and US-based finance processes. The organisation offers professionals an opportunity to deepen their expertise in US Accounting while working with structured global workflows and accounting operations.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day US, Indian, and international accounting activities with accuracy and discipline.
Perform bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, ledger management, and general accounting processes.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing.
Review accounting data, identify discrepancies, and contribute to timely resolution through analytical and problem-solving skills.




Work with international accounting processes and collaborate with the internal team across defined evening and night shifts.
Participate in the selection process, including HR discussion, accounting assessment, and final interview.

Requirements
Robust accounting fundamentals and practical understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, ledgers, payables, receivables, financial statements, and closing procedures.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, MS Excel, or other accounting and ERP platforms will be an advantage.
Robust analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are expected.
