We are seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Operations Manager to oversee and manage our commercial banking operations in Chennai. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of loan operations, loan servicing, and loan syndication processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking and will be responsible for managing the entire loan lifecycle, including documentation, booking, settlements, and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities include handling all aspects of commercial banking operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking policies, and completing operational tasks in a timely manner. You will perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues as they arise. Coordination with internal teams, clients, and banking stakeholders is essential to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will maintain process documentation, generate reports,



and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of core banking systems and operational controls, along with experience in banking documentation and reconciliation. You should be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and demonstrate robust problem-solving skills.

This position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 11 years of experience in commercial banking operations. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Chennai and be available for US night shifts. A graduate degree is required.
