Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues that arise within the organization.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including ESIC and gratuity requirements.

Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of HR practices and principles, particularly in HR operations and administration.
Experience with payroll systems and processes.
Familiarity with employee benefits, including ESIC and gratuity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
