Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.




Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
