We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with inquiries. This role is perfect for fresh graduates looking to start their career in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify recent opportunities and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.




Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
