We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, while also adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll-related activities.
Calculate TDS and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including the preparation and submission of e-TDS and Form 16.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and improve processes related to employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.




Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and compliance-related inquiries.
Prepare reports and documentation as required for audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.
Proficiency in TDS calculation and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with e-TDS and Form 16 preparation.
