Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of clutch systems, including clutch assemblies, plates, and actuators, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate clutch and transmission systems into overall vehicle designs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of automotive components to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Analyze performance data and implement improvements to enhance product quality and functionality.




Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automotive engineering and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of clutch systems, including clutch assembly, pressure plates, and actuators.
Strong understanding of transmission and gearbox design principles.
Familiarity with torque converters and flywheel systems.
Experience in the automotive or auto components industry, particularly with OEMs.
