The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the documentation process for export shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, shipping lines, and customs authorities, to facilitate smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Coordinate with air freight and sea freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to export shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
