We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer Faculty for the DDU-GKY program in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering training and capacity-building initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of participants in government projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project management within the government sector, as well as expertise in food and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs that align with the objectives of the DDU-GKY initiative.
Assess the training needs of participants and tailor programs accordingly.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning workplace.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with regulations.




Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in project management and food safety to enhance training content.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of government project management principles and practices.
Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
In-depth understanding of food and safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
