Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the mortgage servicing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors.
Coordinate loan boarding activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed correctly.
Administer escrow accounts and ensure proper management of funds.
Facilitate servicing transfers and ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Process payments accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of all transactions.




Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to mortgage servicing.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:
