Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their home financing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present loan proposals to clients,



addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications and approvals.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in home loan sales or related fields.
Robust understanding of housing finance, mortgage loans, and loan against property.
