The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing factory processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, optimizing production workflows, and implementing best practices in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring production targets are met.
Manage and mentor factory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards are maintained.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the factory setting.




Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management to inform decision-making.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in valves, piping, die casting, VMC, and CNC operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
