Review Explanation of Advantages /(EOB/) and Electronic Remittance Advice /(ERA/) to identify reasons for claim rejections, partial payments, or short payments. Resubmit corrected claims, submit relevant medical records/documentation, and file formal appeals for improperly denied or zero/-paid claims.
Identify underlying billing errors, coding issues /(ICD/-10, CPT, HCPCS/), or authorization gaps and route them to billing and coding teams for correction. Maintain clean aging buckets by prioritizing high/-value and long/-standing claims. Update client accounts,



patient ledgers, and CRM/medical billing software with accurate action notes, call call/-reference numbers, and claims resolution status.
