We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Agile framework, ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles and practices. You will work closely with product owners and team members to foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance their understanding and execution of Scrum.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and help them achieve their sprint goals.




Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning within the team.
