As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and process claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claims issues and discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of claims processing regulations and best practices in the US healthcare industry.
Utilize claims management software such as QNXT and Facets to track and manage claims effectively.
Provide training and support to junior staff on claims handling procedures and software usage.




Prepare reports and documentation related to claims processing and management for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of claims processing, management, and adjudication.
Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and practices.
Proficiency in claims management software, particularly QNXT and Facets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
