Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.




Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and performance.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in an international voice process or call center environment.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
