We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through telephonic communication, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion skills. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, ensuring that we meet our targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve our offerings.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
