Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections and resolve disputes.
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate action.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and collections.




Implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce DSO.
Prepare regular reports on collection activities and account status for management review.
