Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the employee lifecycle management process, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Utilize Workday HCM to manage employee data and HR operations effectively.
Collaborate with HR shared services to deliver high-quality HR service delivery to employees.
Support US HR operations, particularly in the hire-to-retire (H2R) process, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.




Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
Proficiency in Workday HCM and other HR management systems.
Experience in HR shared services and employee data management.
Familiarity with US HR operations and the hire-to-retire process.
