Key Responsibilities:
Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loans.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.




Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the LAP and mortgage loan sectors.
Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and closings.
