Job Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads.
Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, two-wheeler loans, and credit cards.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper lead records.
Eligibility
Freshers:
10th / 12th / Any Graduation / Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers with technical degrees such as B.E. / B.Tech are not eligible.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
Experienced Candidates:
Candidates with outbound calling/telesales experience are preferred.
Customer Support candidates must have relevant sales experience.
Candidates with B.E. / B.Tech. can apply only if they have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and lead conversion.
Salary
Freshers: 20,000/- Take Home
Experienced: Up to 27,000/- Take Home + CTC
Advantages
Yearly bonus instead of monthly incentives.
Candidates earning up to 25,000 take-home: ESIC coverage of up to 5 lakhs, subject to applicable terms.
Working Days
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off
Sunday working may be required, with a compensatory weekly day off.
