Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement ITIL best practices in ServiceNow to improve service management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
